My Services

  • Individual Therapy

You might have hit an impasse in your life, feeling stuck and unsure what to do next. Or you might be struggling with your closest relationships. Or your life goals might not be congruent with your current circumstances. Working one on one with a therapist can provide a unique space just for you to explore your goals, values, and insecurities through the guidance of a someone who understands how to help you navigate the process. In my personal perspective, therapy is a place of self-discovery and an investment to a more fulfilling sense of self and ultimately a better life. Through therapy, you’ll learn about yourself in ways you never truly understood, and discover how to make incongruencies in your life congruent.

  • Adult ADHD Evaluations

Have you ever wondered why it’s incredibly difficult to manage your time, start on a task, or follow through with responsibilities? Is decision making incredibly overwhelming so you avoid it altogether, or you worry that you always make the “wrong” decision or careless mistakes? Have problems with inattention and impulsivity been a lifelong challenge? Does it ever feel like you’re trying so much harder than other people to achieve something? Do these problems interfere with your ability to be effective with your job and maintain your relationships? If you said yes to several or all of these, I would encourage you to obtain an ADHD evaluation to make sense of these challenges and obtain recommendations specifically meant for you and your circumstances.

  • Self-Improvement Workshop

Still not sure about therapy and would rather sit back to learn about how you can improve your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life circumstances? Ever wonder why you may become easily dysregulated in difficult situations and have problematic methods of coping? Ever think about wanting to improve your relationships while moving away from codependency? This self-improvement workshop is your answer. In this four part series, you’ll learn how to increase mindfulness or your ability to attend to the present moment, improve your ability to tolerate high levels of distress, learn ways to regulate and manage your emotions more long term, and maintain your relationships while also asserting yourself and setting boundaries.

    1:1 Therapist Consultation

Therapists need support clinically as well. Even after getting licensed, we still need to ensure we’re competent and doing right by our clients. Whether you want to pick my brain about DBT skills or executive functioning coaching to support your clients, talk through the feelings of imposter syndrome, or if you simply want to talk through the countertransference and transference that is occurring in the therapeutic process, I’m happy to support you. I have been a clinical supervisor for both therapy and assessment for the last five years and very much enjoy helping other clinicians feel good about the work they’re doing with their clients.
