Anxious Women
Being a woman in today’s modern world comes with endless challenges. Maybe you work a relentless job and barely have time for self-care. Maybe you’re a new mom trying to navigate motherhood in a way that’s meaningful, but have a hard time knowing if you’re “doing things right” and feeling extreme “mom guilt”. Maybe you’re unhappy in your relationship or marriage, feeling under-appreciated or not listened to. Or maybe you’re all of the above, putting everyone else’s needs before your own. We often feel the need to meet standards set not only by society but by our own self-imposition. I want to help you learn to manage the load, feel empowered, and take care of yourself along the way.

Asian Americans
Sometimes our parents and extended family just don't get it. It feels as though their beliefs, ways of living, and relational patterns are incongruent with how we want to live our lives. We were taught that culturally and collectively, we are supposed to put everyone else's needs first and that our own values, desires, and goals are unimportant or irrelevant. This leads to people pleasing tendencies and unrealistic expectations in our relationships and achievements. It's hard to make sense of and break out of the intergenerational trauma. So where is the space for you to be who you want to be, free of judgment and criticism? I'm here to help you integrate the values you'd like to embody and obtain your goals without any guilt or compromising your authenticity.

Young Adults
This developmental stage is full of uncertainty in the midst of major life decisions, transitions, and changes. What seems like it should be one of the best times in your life, you're often experiencing feelings of anxiety and uncertainty about the future and the choices you face. Sometimes it's really easy to compare yourself and where you are in life with those around you. It seems like others are moving more quickly in their careers, their relationships, and their goals, while you're still feeling "lost" or still trying to "figure it out." I'm here to help you sort through the confusion, uncertainty, and manage the anxiety to make confident decisions based on your values and priorities.

Working Professionals
Working looks different these days. More people are putting relationships and family life on hold to feel settled in their careers first. Working isn't just to cover basic expenses, and it's not just a "job" anymore. We want financial freedom to do things we want. We are searching for purpose and meaning in our careers, and when there isn't that sense of importance attached, our careers can feel meaningless, burdensome, and boring. This can lead to decreased motivation and productivity. What's the point? Sometimes work is just too hard and you're burnt out. I want to help you find a sense of work-life balance and re-establish what is important to you in your career.

Individuals with ADHD
Have you always struggled with time management, remembering things, starting or completing tasks, making decisions, or processing information? Is it hard to stay focused on something or do you find yourself restless all the time? ADHD looks different in men and women, and across each individual. Sometimes it's gone undiagnosed for your entire life, but you've always known you've struggled more than others to do day to day things or to achieve goals. I'm here to help with both testing to detect whether ADHD is in fact what you're experiencing, and to help coach you through the executive functioning challenges that come with it.

Other Therapists
Therapist to therapist, we all know we need the support. Whether it's compassion fatigue and burnout that's caught up with you, processing through countertransference in your clinical work, or just moving through the personal challenges of your life, I'm here to help. We're used to taking care of everyone else in our lives, including our clients. It's one of the reasons we went into the field. But who takes care of you and where do you have the space to release authentically? I also enjoy being a therapist for those on their training journey and establishing their identity of becoming a clinician in the field.
